Lappy gets to go on another adventure to the HP Service Center! But, as Banita-the-online-service-rep correctly points out, "the best thing that the system is in the warranty and you no need to pay for the repair." So it's like an all expenses paid vacation, just without the fun. Hopefully they won't reformat poor Lappy this time.
Addendum: Banita also told me "I am creating service ticket it will take a time so please be online. [Pause] When I am creating a service you can have a coffee."
