Texas, Day 2

I ate too much meat today for lunch, at a BBQ place. Prof R told me to "get some brisket (if you’re not vegetarian) and have a great time," so I obliged him on the first, and the second seems to be shaping up as well. After we'd eaten most of a cow, we washed our hands in one of these, which is actually as intimidating as it looks in those pictures. Now I'm sitting in my room, putting off the work I need to get done, listening to a gay man, a metrosexual, and an Australian discuss various musicians' short-comings in the other room.
